Returns & Exchanges
We want you to LOVE LIVE! And here at LIVE! we pride ourselves in high quality products with ultimate customer satisfaction. So here are a few tips on our Exchange and Returns Policy.
You may return any of your purchased products from LIVE! (shoplve.com) within 14 days from the date received for a full refund. All merchandise returned to our online returns address must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the invoice/receipt from the original shipment. There would be a $5.00 restocking fee applied to all return orders. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day period.
For Swim Wear & Beach Wear: the item’s should be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Subject to inspection and refusal of return depending on condition.
The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, USPS) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as LVE! is not responsible for lost return packages.
Any Returns resulting in an error on Behalf of LIVE! we will hold ourselves accountable and facilitate the Returns Process. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in this case. For any reason if you feel that you received a product that may have a defect, or that an order was erroneous from out part please contact us so we can arrange shipping, and in this case no additional fees will be implemented.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. Refunds can also be issued as a form of store credit if desired.
The merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging for Exchange. Customers are responsible for the Return shipping. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all items sent back for exchanges as long as the item is not a result of an error. Customers are reminded to email or call customer service regarding their exchange for payment differences.

Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The refund process takes 3-7 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your credit card once the process is completed. We’ll email you regarding the confirmation and completion of the return or exchange. Feel free to contact us with questions or any concerns you may have.
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.We can not do exchanges on international Orders. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Shipping charges will not be refunded as long as process did not reflect an error.
