Functional brownie without added sugar
1 cup of green banana biomass;
10 large dates left in mineral water for 4 hours;
1/2 cup of coconut flour;
2 tablespoons coconut oil;
2 tablespoons of date water,
1/2 cup of chocolate 70% cocoa,
1/3 cup chopped walnuts;
1/4 cup chopped chocolate drops (optional).
Method of preparation
Beat the eggs, date, date water and biomass in the blender.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for one minute, and add the coconut oil in the melted chocolate. Mix all items until blended completely.
Finally, in a bowl, combine the coconut flour with the dough.
Place in greased skillet or with butter paper and add on top the walnuts and chopped / chopped chocolate. Bake in 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
