One of the most anticipated days of the year has come: June 12, Brazilian Valentine's Day! With this special date in mind one of our Team LIVE!  members Monica Wagner and her husband Marcio Balieiro prepared a delicious recipe for healthy chocolate brownie without added sugar. Everyday is a perfect opportunity to share good feelings with those who are special to us, but in the special month of love the intention is even greater! Whether it's a trip, a picnic in the park, a double power workout or even a LIVE look! for him or her to feel motivated, the important thing is for you to put your whole heart in that special moment.

Health Chocolate Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 1/2 cup of chestnut flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • 8 large dates, pitted, soaked for 6 hours;
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast;
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate 70% cocoa.

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the eggs with the dates in the blender, add the rest of the ingredients leaving the chocolate in drops to mix manually at the end. Put in greased pan  and lightly bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
